Qualtech Resourcing believes in honest, fair ethical trading. Our business model enables us to keep our overheads low therefore making it possible to pass a percentage of our profits back to the clients in the form of reduced management fees.

Unlike other recruiters, we are transparent in our approach to pricing and all our calculations are based on a true calculation with no hidden costs or nasty surprises.

Our pricing model is based on cost to employ, which includes employers national insurance contributions after free pay, full holiday entitlement as a percentage and pension calculations as a percentage.

We are able to offer organisations four pricing models to choose from:

  • A flat perm fee based on a % Of annual salary
  • A temp to perm management fee based on an hourly margin
  • A temporary ad-hock management fee based on an hourly margin
  • A time sheet value fee ( Cost To Employ + Fee)
